Using your own body or light weights for resistance, you’ll strengthen your muscles to create that long, lean look that you desire. 30 Minute Hardcore Abs
A challenging 30 minute abdominal workout that will work every angle of your core. This class goes above and beyond sit ups and crunches to define and sculpt the abdominals. Exercises will consist of stomach crunches, plank exercises, oblique waist forming crunches, leg lifts & many more!
20/20/20
A set of 20 minute segments to get you in Sexy Shape. 20 minutes of lower body work, 20 minutes of sexy cardio, 20 minutes of fab abs! Targeted to sculpt your body!
Yoga
Feed your mind, body and soul in this modern version of an age-old discipline. Dynamic yoga poses practiced to your favorite loud music: high energy and fun. Build strength & stamina while increasing flexibility. Comprehensive conditioning with emphasis on core, back bends, and splits. Sweat and feel like you’ve danced your booty off in a club but breathe baby, it’s yoga.
Yoga Flow
Postures are connected through breathing techniques to create a balanced effect. This class builds heat in the muscle, endurance, flexibility, and strength. You will feel a relaxed rejuvenation after completing this class.
Abs & Booty Bootycamp
The booty-luscious class provides an intensive workout that specifically targets shaping your butt and core. What woman doesn’t want sculpted abs a tiny waist and a rock hard tush!? Finish up by stretching your muscles as you gain flexibility in all the right places. This is the perfect way to cool down after a hot workout.
Fierce Hip Hop Workout
Fierce Hip-Hop Fitness is our NEWEST fitness class! Fierce Hip Hop incorporates Hip-Hop and R&B music to get you excited with some of your all time favorites dance moves. The routines incorporate interval training, alternating fast and slow choreography, and resistance training. From squats to lunges to punching, you will have so much fun you don’t notice the 1 hour intense workout you have accomplished at the end.
Sexy Fair Chair
Your partner isn’t the only one that can make your muscles quiver! This sexy class will prove it by taking you through a total body experience. Get in touch with your sensual side by holding sexy positions on the chair and turning traditional fitness movements into something you can take to the bedroom. You will understand why the say “the bedroom workout” burns up to 400 calories an hour!
S.W.E.A.T
S.W.E.A.T. ~ Strength, Weights, Endurance, Abdominals, and Toning. It’s an all-inclusive daredevil workout that is sure to fire up those muscles with innovational fitness techniques bound to make you S.W.E.A.T.! The workout will include a combination of cardiovascular and muscle strengthening exercises. All levels are welcomed.
Total Body Sculpt
An hour of complete body toning and sculpting workout that will leave you tight, tone and looking CALIENTE! Each series of exercises will target all of your major muscle groups. An all around intensive total body workout that ends with a rejuvenating stretch. There is no cardio component to this class but it is an excellent compliment to any of our other cardio classes. This class is suitable for Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced fitness levels. Work out clothes and tennis shoes.
