Classes Available
Aerial Yoga
Ease your mind in this Aerial Yoga class. Lengthen your spine and elongate your body with these yoga based poses, with the help of the aerial hammocks or silks.
What to Bring: Hand towel or Yoga mat (we have mats you can use at the studio)
What to Wear: 3/4 or long sleeve fitted shirt or leotard (no tank tops). Long pants made from nylon/spandex or cotton spandex (tights, leggings, sweats, yoga pants). Deodorant.
What NOT to Wear: Dangling earrings and necklaces, bracelets, big bulky rings, long and/or sharp finger and toenails, body lotion or oil, perfume. We have clothing in the boutique available for purchase.
Sexy Flexibility
This Class starts with a warm up to prepare your muscles and joints for a series of exercises designed to improve your flexibility. You will notice how much easier and more graceful your pole moves will look. We will also monitor your progress. All levels welcome.
Yoga Flow
Postures are connected through breathing techniques to create a balanced effect. This class builds heat in the muscle, endurance, flexibility, and strength. You will feel a relaxed rejuvenation after completing this class.
Barre Stretch
Enjoy a full body, 60 minute class incorporating the toned and lengthened muscles of barre, the precision and core strengthening of Pilates and the mindfulness and flexibility of Yoga. It is designed to sculpt and lengthen all the major muscles groups of the body, relaxing your body. Learn stretches to help with splits.
