You can build on your skill level through a variety of pole classes and soon you’ll be spinning around the pole with the best of them!

Pole Dance For All Levels
Pole Dance workouts will increase your range of motion all while toning and stretching muscles you never knew you had! You will learn pole spins, dance moves, pole and floor transitions, and much more. Pole dancing is a lot more strenuous than it looks. Your body will start to transform as your inner Sexy comes alive! We offer a variety of Pole Classes for all levels.
Pole Dance - Intro to Pole
This class is designed to train you on the basic hold, spins, and transitions of pole dancing. If you have never taken a pole class, this class is a must! You will learn how to support yourself on the pole, basic holds and spins, walking, and how to get in touch with your inner Sexy! Be prepared to work muscles that you never knew you had! Pole dancing is more difficult than it looks…but SO much fun!
Pole Dance - Beginner
This is your next step after Intro to Pole. Learn the next steps to more advanced spins, grips and climbs to get you ready for Beginner/Intermediate Pole.
Pole Dance - Beginner/Intermediate
Now that you have mastered Beginner Pole, you can move up to new heights and learn your first inversions! The class will prepare you for our advanced level classes.
Pole Dance - Intermediate/Advanced
The intermediate/advanced workout will increase your range of motion all while toning and stretching muscles you never knew you had! You will learn pole spins, advanced inversions, mounts & dismounts and floor work. Pole dancing is a lot more strenuous than it looks. Your body will start to transform as your inner Sexy comes alive! Prerequisite is Intro to Pole, Beginner Pole, and Beginner/Intermediate Pole.
Pole Dance - Inversions 101
This class will focus on various inversions (upside down). For those who are not ready to invert, you will work on strengthening the muscles that will ultimately allow you to work on inversions. This class will take you through a warm-up of core strength conditioning and flexibility to warm–up your muscles, a confidence builder to get you comfortable inverting upside down, right into learning various pole inversions in multiple positions, followed by a cool down of stretches to soothe and relax your muscles. This class is great for women who have mastered Intermediate/Advanced Pole moves and would like to advance their skills to the next level. Please Note* Inversions 101 does not teach choreography or free flow movement, it is just learning how to focus on technique.
Pole Dance - Open Pole Practice
Open Pole Practice. Spin and practice tricks at your own pace without an instructor.
Sexy Pole Fit
Feel like the pole is controlling you instead of you controlling it? Just can’t quite get that grip for your climb? Getting tired during your advanced routines? This is the class for you. You will get an amazing total body workout by utilizing your sexiest pole moves and tricks. Sexy combo repetitions will help you gain muscle endurance and strength. This class will make you feel strong, confident, and sensual. You won’t even know you are exercising! This class is for all levels, from the pole virgins to the pole masters, please wear heels/boots or foot undeezes.
Sexy Pole Dance
Learn to be both Sexy and Classy! Bring out your inner goddess and prepare to learn a routine you will be proud to display! You will feel a great sense of accomplishment when you are dancing like a pro!
TNT - Tricks N' Transitions
Intermediate/Advanced. Must be comfortable with inverting. Learn spins, tricks, and Inversions in various combinations to take your pole dancing to the next level. In this class you will take what you have learned in class and blend it together to create more fluidity on the pole. Technique and body positioning are emphasized.
Pole Chair Flow
Learn a sexy chair dance routine with the pole and floor work. If you are just starting out and want to learn how to move, this is your class. Knee pads and/or leg warmers suggested but not mandatory. Mats will be provided.
What NOT to Wear: Dangling earrings and necklaces, bracelets, big bulky rings, long and/or sharp finger and toenails, body lotion, body oil, perfume.
