There’s nothing better than a heart pumping cardio class to melt off the pounds! And at Alegre Club you’ve got a variety to choose from. For those who prefer a sultry Latin twist to your workout, we offer the ever-so popular Zumba! And for those who want to go retro, try the Power Hoopz class and shake those hips back into your skinny jeans. Or perhaps you need to work out a little aggression after a hard day of work. If so, then punch out your frustrations in a Foxy Boxing class! Shoot for three cardio classes per week and not only will YOUR heart be pumping, but so will the heart of that special guy when he sees you in your booty shorts!

Take Bellydance and combine it with a Sexy Ab rocking workout, seductive moves, fun music…& you have Rock your Hips! A fun modern twist on traditional Bellydance.
Bollywood Fusion Fitness
This dance fitness class designed to make you sweat! Use fun, energetic, exciting, dance moves target your abs, hips, thighs, strengthen your core and improve flexibility. So put on your dancing shoes and get ready to dance your way to fitness, Bollywood Fusion style.
Bokwa®
Bokwa® is a new and completely different approach to group exercise that is rapidly spreading across the globe. Bokwa® participants draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energizing and addictive cardio workout routine. Must try.
Cardio Dance & Tone
Get an aerobic workout while dancing! This is an intense and powerful workout class that is not for the faint of heart! This class uses simple hip hop and dance moves combined with upbeat music to keep you moving the whole time. On average, a one-hour Hip Hop class can burn anywhere from 300 to 600 calories! Format consists of an active warm-up, 45 minutes of cardio exercise, plyometrics, lower body exercises, abdominal exercise and cool down. All levels welcome.
Cardio Jump Rope
Plaid school girl skirt is optional, but where your cardio shoes because Marcey is going to show you the ropes! Rope jumping is fun and offers endless challenges. Plus, it’s one of the best cardiovascular exercises on the planet. Jumping rope has one-fifth the impact on the knees and back as running and burns more calories in less time. Your fat should be very afraid because it will be incinerated.
Chair Alegrecise
This class incorporates dancing with a chair and using weights to tone, while still looking sexy. You will learn fun dance moves & sexy routines, and flirty floorwork. Wear fitness clothes and tennis shoes.
