Alegre Club in the News

The crew from XL106.7 decided to get their groove on at Alegre Club!! Johnny. Laura and Brian came in for a private pole and aerial silk lesson from our very own Kristen Evans!! Laura was graceful beautiful and picked up on all of the moves rather quickly….As for the other two…nothing like seeing a man in 7in stripper heels (with white socks we might add) and the other swinging from the silks like he was in the flying trapeze!  All in all there was a great workout and a lot of fun had by all!  It isn’t too often that men are “allowed” inside the studio…we made a special exception this time so Laura could show these two guys up!! We can’t wait to have you back in Laura!!

This workout requires every muscle group, core strength, and GUTS! Enter into the group exercise room and witness amazing classes taking place with members graciously gliding in the air on gorgeous silks in a unique class of Aerial skills. Alegre Club offers over 70 hours of unique group exercise classes that you cannot find anywhere else in Central Florida. There are three, separate fitness rooms including a . . . lounge that is used for private parties or where members can mingle before or after a class. This studio is for women only and instantly, regardless of size or shape, this is a place these members call home and each woman is proud to be “SEXY”!!
